About the S Rewards Application
With the vision of setting new standards and offering new possibilities, Shangri-La Centre and Central Tower have introduced the “S Rewards” loyalty application, a rewards management system for loyal customers and visitors of our shopping malls.
As Mongolia’s first internationally standardized mall loyalty application, S Rewards offers exclusive discounts, rewards and promotions tailored to the needs and desires of each customer.
By becoming a member of the S Rewards application, customers can collect reward points every time they make a purchase at the stores in Shangri-La Centre and Central Tower. These accumulated points can be used for future purchases, redeemed for various coupons, vouchers, gift cards, and discounts available within the app, or utilized for promotions and special offers.
How to download S Rewards application?
You can download the “S REWARDS” app by searching from the App Store or Play Store. Also, scan the QR code below to download the app.

Who can register for the S Rewards application?
- Citizens of Mongolia aged 18 and above are eligible to register.
- To register, you must have a Mongolian (+976) phone number.
How can I register?
You can download the S Rewards application from the App Store or Google Play Store and register using your phone number.
How to earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases at stores in Shangri-La Centre and Central Tower that are joined in the S Rewards program. Scan your S Rewards member QR code at the Golomt Bank POS terminal while making a purchase.
Members can earn up to a maximum of 1,000,000 points per transaction.
Loyalty point calculation rate
Loyalty points equivalent to 1-3% of your total purchase amount will be credited to your wallet, depending on the amount of your transaction.
How to burn points?
You can use your accumulated points to reduce the total amount of your purchase or to buy various coupons, vouchers, and gift cards from the “Market place” section of the app.
Each point is equivalent to 1 MNT.
To burn your points, simply scan S Rewards member QR code at the Golomt Bank POS terminal when shopping or dining at participating stores and restaurants in Shangri-La Centre and Central Tower.
Is there a membership fee?
No, registering as a member of the S Rewards application is completely free.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No, memberships are non-transferable.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points cannot be transferred or gifted to others.
What is the validity period of the points?
The points collected by members are valid for the current year and will expire at the end of the year.
